WILD MIND RESET
A return to rhythm. A remembering of what it means to belong—to yourself, to the earth, and to each other.
In the quiet hum of the woodland, beneath the rhythm of birdsong and the scent of woodsmoke, we gather. Not to perform, but to arrive. Wild Mind Resets are not a retreat from life, but a re-immersion into it. They are an invitation to shed urgency, drop down from the mind, and come home to your senses.
Here, you will walk slowly. You will listen—to trees, to fire, to your own heartbeat. You will share food made with your hands, and stories shaped by your lived experience. You will be witnessed, not judged. Held, not fixed.
We lean into simplicity. Into ancient ways of being that still live in our bones. Through fire, walking, and shared meals, we create rituals of return—where stillness is radical, and presence is powerful.
This is not about transformation through force, but through remembering. A rewilding of your nervous system. A loosening of the grip of modern overstimulation. A softening into the truth that you are already whole.
Welcome to the woods.
Welcome back to yourself.
